Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns
You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email info@stokesandhill.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We can’t refund:

Items that have been used or damaged

Original delivery costs

Personalised or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days. Please include a photo and brief description. We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund.
